Strawberry Banana Smoothie
Here's a quick post run shake that tastes great and doesn't take a lot of time to create. Best of all it has exactly what your body needs after a run of 30 minutes or more.
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
2 cups strawberries fresh or frozen
1 banana fresh or frozen
1 cup cows milk/coconut/almond milk
2 tsp honey
1 tbsp of natural peanut butter
Place fruit in the blender, add ice if you're using fresh fruit
Add honey and peanut butter
Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
